We share data with other users as necessary for bookings (e.g., trainers see athlete names and session details), with service providers (payment, cloud hosting), and when legally required.

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, tax, or safety purposes. We use encryption, access controls, and regular audits to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Parent or guardian accounts manage athlete profiles for minors.
