Why I built WeTrain.
Every kid deserves a real shot at greatness — not just the ones who happen to know the right coach. As a Former IMG Academy & NCAA Athlete, I deeply understood the challenges both trainers and trainees face in the athletic industry. Growing up I was fortunate enough to receive private training, but always wondered how my parents accessed my trainers. Once I became a trainer myself, I quickly realized it was all word of mouth, referrals, or coincidences. WeTrain is geared to impact the lives of millions of athletes nationwide, who simply want to perfect their craft in a safe, seamless, and stress-free way.

After training several kids during my free time as an NCAA Athlete, my teammates would consistently ask to train them while I was busy. I was more than happy to connect them, however, that is the moment I realized that there was no secure platform for this exact problem.
I then thought to myself, “there are a ton of kids out there who would love to learn from us, but how would we be able to find each other seamlessly?”
That was when WeTrain was born...
