Maurice Manswell grew up in a household with two Division 1 athlete older brothers, which instilled in him the value of consistent training and mentorship. These experiences led him to be recruited to play at IMG Academy and to fulfill his dream of becoming an NCAA athlete. During his college years, while training kids in Florida, Maurice noticed that his teammates often asked him for kids to train. This inspired him to create a platform that not only gives back to the community but also provides college athletes with a source of income. Thus, WeTrain was born.

With experience as a Division 1 Baseball player at the University of Miami, Stetson, Palm Beach State, and Southeastern, Benito brings a unique blend of passion for sports and business. His decision-making and teamwork skills make him an essential member of our Advisory Board.
Boasting an extensive background in Ice Hockey, Sean has proven his dedication to both sports and business, particularly in the Boston area. His expertise in hockey and business acumen are key to his role on our Advisory Board, where he’s already making a significant impact.
Having started playing football at the age of five, Elijah excelled as a Running Back/Slot in Division 1 at Davidson College. With a recent master’s degree from England and experience working with NFL UK, Eli is poised to help WeTrain expand internationally, bringing dedication and expertise.
As a former NHL player and Captain of Harvard’s Men’s Ice Hockey Team, Ryan brings a deep commitment to youth hockey. His alignment with WeTrain’s vision and passion for the sport make him an invaluable addition to our team.
A Presidential Scholar and Honors Student at the University of Miami, Sydney specializes in Business Administration. Her role as Social Media Specialist at WeTrain focuses on business technology and marketing, ensuring she makes a positive impact on our growth.
As a faculty member in economics at the University of Miami, Augustine brings his expertise in technology startups and tourism economics. His experience advising startups and large companies is crucial for WeTrain’s strategic direction.
